Welcome to RetireGuide. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Scope of Services

RetireGuide offers three categories of offerings: professional advisory services related to retirement planning, digital information products, and physical guides. All offerings are provided by RetireGuide under Business ID S1297541A, located at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, 1 Fullerton Square, Singapore 049178, Singapore.

2. Professional Advisory Services

Our professional advisory services include one-on-one consultations, document preparation, and ongoing support for retirement planning. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting our contact page or by calling +6586560627.

3. Digital Information Products

Digital information products consist of downloadable guides, video tutorials, and online seminars related to retirement planning. Access credentials will be provided upon completion of the purchase process.

4. Physical Guides

Physical guides are printed materials and workbooks shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times and delivery methods will be specified at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Singapore dollars. Payment may be made by credit or debit card or other methods we make available. Fees are non-refundable after the service or product is delivered, except as outlined below.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Advisory Services

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment time for a full refund of the service fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers to another date or to an alternative service within the same service category are permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Once a consultation has commenced, fees are non-refundable due to the allocation of professional time and resources.

6.2 Digital Information Products

Refund requests for digital downloads must be made within 14 days of the date the download link is first accessed. To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact page with evidence of non-access or technical issues preventing download. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Transfers to other digital products are not available.

6.3 Physical Guides

Physical guides may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Custom printed materials that were specially ordered are final sale and non-refundable due to customization costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetireGuide and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
